RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) is a kind of auto-identify technology which developed fast in recent years. Anti-collision algorithm is a key technique in the RFID system.In RFID systems,the anti-collision algorithm is used to avoid the data collision resulted from the data-transmission between tags and the reader at the same time.It has relation to the performance of RFID system directly.In this paper,the binary search algorithm and dynamic binary search algorithm are analyed in detail,and a new anti-collision algorithm is presented.According to the characteristics of the tags collision in the RFID system,the new algorithm improved on the dynamic binary search algorithm in three ways.Firstly,the tags are marked by taking full advantage of collision information.In this way,the reader can reduce its search range.Secondly,the data-transmission reduces by eliminating redundant bits.Thirdly,the RFID system can identify tags quickly by processing one-bit-collision specially.The performance analysis showed that the new algorithm had more obvious advantages than the binary search algorithm and the dynamic binary search algorithm in reducing data transmission and improving system efficiency.
