Through using advanced technology, the Urban Intelligent Public Bus Operation Dispatch System (UIPBODS) can acquire the operating public bus information dynamically, and implements the real-time monitoring for the operating public bus, and makes the statistic automation and intelligence. It's the latest development patterns of UIPBODS, and an important sign of UIPBODS, and one of the core systems in Intelligent Transport System. Its aim is to build an intelligent public bus transportation information platform including dispatch management, communication and passenger information service.Based on the business requirement of one public bus transport company, according to object-oriented designing mind, this paper analyzes the dispatch business process in detail and designs the urban public bus operation dispatch system using.
