Vehicle Monitoring Terminal Production Test System Design And Realization

In recent years, with the progress of the society and the development of economy, tension in the traffic is growing ceaselessly. Vehicle monitoring system as an effective way to resolve the increasingly tense traffic problems, has become of concern to the public as one of the hot issues. Vehicle monitoring terminal as an important part of vehicle monitoring system, its functional correctness and integrity have great significance. Basing on the background, this paper plans to design a production test system of vehicle monitoring terminal.The proposed system can detect, monitor and manage vehicle monitoring terminal to ensure that the vehicle monitoring terminal works properly. The proposed production test system is consist of three parts,which are production monitoring and management platform,testing apparatus,vehicle monitoring terminal.This paper mainly completes the design of testing apparatus.Firstly, paper introduces the whole structure and functional requirements of the production test system, and institutes communication protocol among production monitoring and management platform, testing apparatus, vehicle monitoring Terminal.Secondly, the paper introduces the idea of hardware design of the testing apparatus, presents the whole hardware structure of the testing apparatus, and focuses on the hardware design of the signal detection module, communication module, display module. Finally, the paper according to the system functional requirements, designs the main program and each function module procedure. Procedure of each functional module includes signal detection module program, communication module program, display module program.Basing on the completement of testing apparatus's hardware and software, the paper carries out the corresponding testing and debugging. The results of testing and debugging show that the function of each module of the testing apparatus can implement properly and achieve the desired purpose.
