With the rapid development of digital image processing technology, the applications of militarily optoelectronic technology have become more and more important. Currently, the use of visible imaging sensor and infrared imaging sensor is a core technology for the modern military optoelectronic systems. Especially for the tracking of high-speed moving targets under the complex environment in the sea, real-time implementation of the search, identification and tracking of target image can be achieved by high-speed and high-performance image acquisition, transmission and processing.With dual-channel video input , basing on AD-chip of DSP video sampling and transmission systems, not only for the non-standard video signal has a strong adaptability, but also with the digital image processing system connected to the interface design flexibility, be beneficial to the overall system design. The dual-channel video input can be attached to visible light CCD or infrared CCD camera to achieve dual-waveband target detection, image fusion and binocular functions ranging in order to satisfy different environments. Then, the system took video pre-processing module and TMS320F2812 as the part of the front image sampling, and transmitted the image data between HPI interface and multi-chip TMS320C6416T through F2812-XINTF + CPLD. In this paper, we mainly use modular design method to design and complete the F2812-DSP-based video sampling, transmission system, which is with small size, light weight, strong adaptability, low cost, easiness for expansion and maintenance. This system is also stable, reliable and well-satisfied to various requirements under practical application.
