National Student Loan Management System Design And Application

In order that the poor students can successfully complete the university courses and receive higher education, the State-Subsidized Student Loan policy is implemented to help cultivate and reserve more talents for the country. However, the implementation time is relatively short, thus higher education institutions have no relevant management system to use in the actual implementation. In addition, the current computer-assisted operation is basically stand-alone, so it still has a lot of problems, for example, the data security is poor, the efficiency of multi-user operation is low, the data format is not unified, and the management system can not highly connect with the actual work etc. To resolve these problems, this paper, by carefully studying the State-Subsidized Student Loan, analyzes the management needs of higher education institutions and the current management process, and develops the state-subsidized student loan system in higher education institutions based on B/S mode.The management system of the state-subsidized student loan in higher education institutions includes loan application, loan examination and approval, loan administration, and comprehensive inquiry module, which realizes all the work from the loan application to the loan use in institutions. Due to the requirements of short time, high quality, and complicated needs, the users can not assure what kind of the system it is, in such a case, researchers adopt the method of frequent model substitutions to develop the system, and receive good effect.The main research contents are as follows:1. Based on the research of the state-subsidized student loan management in higher education institutions, this study provides the design methods of loan management information system on the basis of computer network.2. By the use of Java language and SQL Sevrer database, the software design and data design of system functions are achieved.3. Various kinds of functions are realized by means of many technologies. In the implementation of the system, fully considering all kinds of possibilities, we satisfy the needs of users according to the business process. The system, with B/S as its framework, realizes the users'access assignment by access control, and improves the security and usability of the system as well. In the view of users, the system realizes the functions of batches of data-entry, data modification and deletion etc. Meanwhile, it also provides the import and export interfaces, which facilitates the operation of various users.
