In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, young people's working pressure is becoming larger and larger, they have little time to take care of the elderly. Due to the lack of necessary care and the elderly often stay at home alone, house security can not be guaranteed. With the number of old solitary people increasing, their physical health status are not very good and always with a number of ailments. If sudden illness happens at home, no-one knows it and miss the best treatment time, it will leave a great regret to offspring, or it will lead to more serious consequence:the elderly passed away which is a great misfortune. In order to avoid this unfortunate occurrence, this paper is designed as "the Wireless Monitoring and Alarm System for the in-home elderly",this system can monitor the physiological parameters and sent the alarm signal in times of crisis to win the best treatment time.The Wireless Monitoring and Alarm System for the in-home elderly mainly includes wristband life information collection terminal module, house security alarm module and center control module. A wristband life information collection terminal module is formed by the data acquisition section and wireless transmission part. Data acquisition part gets the body temperature and pulse information of the elder through the temperature sensors and pulse sensors on the whist; then the information is conducted transfinite judgment by MCU; at last, the alarm data will be sent back to the main controller through wireless transmission part, Including the wireless receiver circuitry and decoder circuitry, the house security alarm module collects the security protection information, encodes and sends to the main control circuit. The microcontroller determines to alarm or not, once needed to alarm, the alarm information will be sent out through the home's external communication module. House external communication modules contact with the outside through automatic dial-up.The software is mainly designed for wristband life information collection terminal modules and center control module. After initialization, Single Chip Microcomputer receives data information from wristband life information collection terminal module and house security alarm module; the main control circuit determines whether it is alarm information. If so, the alarm information will be sent out through the external communication module, otherwise, as a false alarm.In this paper, Single Chip Microcomputer and wireless technology are used in "The Wireless Monitoring and Alarm System for the in-home elderly", Wireless transmission resolves the troubles of household routing, and the system's hardware and software have adopted a modular design. The system use wireless to monitor the living conditions of the in-home elderly, reduce the risk of accidents for the elderly. It is easy and flexible to set the parameters of multiple monitoring and transmit the data in real time.Single Chip Microcomputer and wireless transceiver technology are combined organically to form the wireless monitoring alarm system for the in-home elderly. This system has many advantages such as low cost, perfect performance, high reliability, easy to install and maintain. Therefore, the systerm has broad application prospects.
