| The situation that quality control in major production manufacturing industry has been widely appreciated, together with the rapid development of computer technology and intelligent system, have provided a good space for development for SPC (Statistical Process Control).Presently, the traditional old style manual quality control has become increasingly unable to meet the market demand for tobacco manufacturing industry. Therefore, it has become a common concern to how to make better use of SPC to achieve QC for tobacco manufacturing industry.Through the form of a series of control graphics and reports,SPC monitors the status of aspects in the production process, analyzing and controlling the production process.And then according the received feedback, SPC will in time find the problems in the process.Eliminate the impact in the production and reduce the error rate and mutation rate of products.Based on the current situation of information management system for tobacco strips product line, this essay analyzed the problems in SPC technology. On this basis, the process flow of cigarette factory was clear and the system architecture was analyzed according to SPC design and needs in the silk making management system. SPC was designed according to the Modular Design method.The important processes, such as shredding, swelling silk and blending, were analyzed in detail.What this essay focused on was how to use SPC to implement the quality control to effectively ensure quality and reduce the defect rate. |
