| Reducing cost is the goal that enterprises are pursuing for forever.Due to the influence of producing automation and the computer integration making system, how to use computer technology effectively to calculate and control the producing cost has drawn more and more attention of producing enterprises.This paper takes the actual use of controlling informationization of producing cost in SIGMA limited company as a research object,and puts forward an automation solving program, which takes production as center, and integrats informative technology with advanced managing ideas efffectively. We analyse and design the producing cost control system of SIGMA by using UML. Study the relevant factors that lead to variations of producing cost, analyse the main reasons that that cause the costing variations by applying computertechnology and the ways of activity-based costing and target costing in the system, and therefore to take effective control of the producing cost.The main research work and findings are as follows:Firstly, we have an overall introduction of the methods of target costing and Activity-Based Costing and Unified Modeling Language.Secondly, based on the data from the production planning list of the SIGMA, we analyzes the costing information and induce it,then decide its cost pool of the products and its distributive law, finally from the Cost-Driver. Thirdly, we build the systematic model with static structure and dynamic behaviour by using UML to make Object-Oriented Analyze of the producing cost controlling and managing system in SIGMA. Fourthly, based on the actual data analysis integrated with the UML technology and the ABC theory, we try to realize the main functions of the system by using ASP language. Finally, by comparing analysis of the system realizing outcome and the present conditions of SIGMA, we try to solve the problems of timing, accuracy and effect in the producing cost controlling system that traditional methods can not deal with, and proving the feasibility of this program. |
