As the development of micro-electro-mechanical (MEMS) technology and the continuous in-depth study, the development and research of micro-inertial sensors are focused upon. As well as the micro-inertial sensors with a light weight, small size, easy system integration and other advantages, have been widely used in aerospace, military, robotics and other fields. The international study of micro-mechanical sensors is also numerous and did a lot of work, but also achieved remarkable results. However, due to micro-inertial sensors in precision and stability to develop is not ideal, in addition to improving the design and manufacture of sensors, sensor signal processing is also very effective. However, taking into account the background of micro-sensor applications, the general statistical characteristics of the sensor signal is not the law or can not predict the statistical characteristics of the signal, so a better approach is adaptive filtering.First, combination of the research results of micro-inertial sensors at home and abroad, the paper gives the theoretical overview of micro-inertial sensors. As well as giving a introduction of micro-inertial sensor technology background and development, on this basis, the paper study the working principle and signal model of the micro-mechanical gyroscopes and micro-mechanical accelerometer. This paves the way to the sensor signal processing theory.Secondly, the paper conducted a study on the adaptive filter, introduced the development situation and prospects of adaptive technology, as well as the principle of adaptive filtering. On this basis, the paper gives a study of the algorithm principle and designs the adaptive filter with programming. Respectively, for the different number of bands, different filter step length factor, the paper uses MATLAB simulation to identify the filter of more stable reference design parameters. The use of this adaptive filter to the sensor's signal filtering simulation achieved very good results.Finally, based on the filter parameters, this paper has designed the DSP Builder-based adaptive filter and the paper gives the simulation of the signal on the micro-gyroscope adaptive filtering. The research of this paper plays an impetus role in the promotion and improving the precision of the sensor.
