CAN bus is one of the widely used field bus. For it's high reliability, high real-time, and unique design features, it is widely used in the automobile industry, aerospace industry and other fields in the control system. The main work of this paper is showed as follows:1. Develop the frequency measurement node. Use the FPGA instrument to imply the frequency measurement hardware circuit based on equal precision algorithm. Niosâ…¡core is embedded into the FPGA to be used as the inner processor, and it can control the measurement timing and CAN controller. CAN interface circuit is designed to realize CAN communication.2. Develop the harmonic analysis node. Design the voltage and current regulate circuit, use ADS8364 to realize digital-analog conversion, and FPGA is used to achieve the synchronization sample circuit. TMS320F2812 realize the FFT algorithm, and the eCAN module of 2812 can imply CAN bus communication.3. CAN/USB drive program and monitoring software of the host computer are designed base on VC++.
