| In the process of developing vocational education, the quality of teaching determines the future development. The most important factor of affect the teaching quality is to have a number of high-level teachers, therefore, the evaluation of the teaching quality of teachers is particularly important,scientific evaluation program can be greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of teachers.This paper has carried on the analysis to the teacher achievements appraisal question characteristic,though the teacher achievements appraisal work mainly has the multi-factors,the fuzziness characteristic. This process is very similar to fuzzy clustering analysis in fuzzy mathematics.Therefor,this topic bases on Shandong Industrial Vocational colleague of the actual characteristics and the requirements of teaching quality in education development, subjects to evaluation system for teachers to study,introduces the fuzzy math of fuzzy clustering analysis of the theory in teaching quality evaluation.I established mathematics model based on fuzzy clustering analysis in fuzzy mathematics and the process of human resources decision-analysis. Fuzzy clustering analysis is introduced into the human resources decision analysis of teacher evaluation of Shang Dong Industry and Vocational College.When the related theory of fuzzy mathematics is introduced into teacher evaluation,I have mainly do the following works:1,Which model should be choosen in fuzzy mathematics theory in making teacher evaluation?2,How to establish the similar matrix?3,How to decide the value of interceptλof the fuzzy similar matrix?4,How to verify teacher evaluation?On the system realization,teacher evaluation system adopt the development platform and environment,that is Windows 2000 operation system,SQL Server 2000 database development platform,IIS5.0 WEB environment,ASP development language. It achieved a paperless and reasonable evaluation of teachers. |
