Wireless HART is mainly focused in the field of industrial process control and HART standard of interoperability between industrial equipment. Wireless HART is Technology of effective methods for improving HART devices, with sufficient reliability and self-processing capability. Wireless HART have a capabilities of sharing data acquisition in real-time between production equipments.Implement of Wireless HART protocol is the basis of the application and the key technical point. By studying the wireless HART protocol, the wireless HART protocol program was proposed in this thesis. Firstly, CC2430 was used as a wireless HART hardware.CC2430 is basis of the IEEE 802.15.4-2006 and use the leading 2.4G RF transceiver in industry. In order to more easily control the chip's power consumption and implement wireless HART protocol, TinyOS which dedicated to wireless sensor networks was use as the operating system. The major work is to implement wireless HART protocol include physical layer, data link layer and network layer based on the TinyOS in the CC2430.Several key points in the wireless HART physical layer has been elaborated, including the Link Quality Indication, Clear Channel Assessment (CCA), Frequency and Channel Programming, physical layer transceiver interface and Carrier Sense Multiple Access With Collision Avoidance (CSMA / CA). Analysis the key points of the data link layer in wireless HART protocol such as TDMA state machine, frequency-hopping algorithm ,and then Several implementation details are described in detail which are service interface definition and message service sequences in data link layer. Lastly, key points in network of wireless HART protocol is routing algorithm. BFS tree was used in this algorithm. Network managers calculate each node to the routing path to the gateway and then generate a temporary communication path to the gateway for new equipment.The implement of wireless HART protocol is the wireless HART application infrastructure which can be used as a stand-alone module. Ii is easy to implement the wireless HART network components such as gateways, adapter and intelligent field devices.
