With the rapid development of computer information technology and internet technology, many international research institutions begun to investigate internet-based health management information system using information technology to provide health services for the public. But most of system uses a simple and inflexible method like questionnaire to predict the potential health risks. Those systems which use that method should be improved.The health management industry is aim to construction an effective health risk appraisal system. As the business intelligence technology successfully applied in other industries, recently years, especially it used in some special disease appraisal abroad, a strong reference value for the health risk appraisal was provided. The business intelligence technology can find potential rules from a large amount of data and predict future development by constructing previous record of the data warehouse and applying mining tools. Therefore, business intelligence technology can be also applied in the health risk appraisal system. This technology will discover potential laws and assess possible health risk through establishing health information data warehouse of users and applying data mining tools to mine data from the health information data warehouse.To efficiently predict the potential health risks, the new technology to internet-based health management information system was introducing this thesis. Established health information data warehouse and the users was use to appropriate mining models to apprisal and predict their potential sub-health risk. The process includes three steps: first of all, establish a subject-oriented data warehouse and a health knowledge warehouse to wholly cover personal health-related data based on the medical treatment data, the physical examination data, the basic health data and the health logs; secondly, take out some health date from the system, confirm the subject of it and construct multi-dimensional analysis models; finally, reconstruct those date following the subject and update the old health information Data Warehouse. On the basis of this, the health risk appraisal model which based on data mining technology is proposed,by introducing the rough set technology preprocessing massive historical and the current health monitoring information disorderly and noise dirty data, a health risk appraisal forecast model which used the C4.5 decision tree algorithm and the training regulations in information entropy was established.Finally, be use to established mining model based on decision tree to mining and find data in the health information data warehouse of users. Simulation result shows that the internet-based health management information system using the intelligence technology plays a good performance than the old systems.
