In this thesis, we emphasis our research on how to improve the developing efficiency of information system. Then, we offer a sort of enterprise requirement quickly reality development method which can help to develop information system accurately, agilely and efficiently. And also gives the implementation process, key technology and integration method.In order to fulfill the efficient organization, management, integration, conversion and transfer, the thesis construct a integrated organization and management method for information system development information, and design corresponding supporting technology. Aimed at this methodology, we propose an enhanced requirement analysis method oriented component, which organize and manage system requirement information combined to the designed requirement information management model. In order to fulfill developing task accurately and agilely, the thesis constructs a system information component design and development method based on data attribute, and sets up a system component aggregation and system code aided developing tools component aggregation. In order to implement the application of pivotal supporting technology, we developed an integrated information system development platform.In the end, based on a concrete implementation of the enterprise ERP system, the thesis investigates the application of information system development method and information system integrated development platform. According to the result, the method hereby can satisfy the requirement of information system development process under dynamic requirement environment.
