In order to ensure a variety of integrated circuits used in electronic products with reliable quality, perfect function,we must test the technical specifications and functions of IC. Only the IC has reached the design requirements and functional performance can use to enter the market and was applied. Thus, integrated circuit testing plays a vital role in the whole IC industry.In this article I describe the planning of test software designed for integrated circuit tester and design of human-computer interface. The software used with the tester can complete to test digital IC within the 32-pin and analog IC within the 56-pin, with a strong versatility, combined with Software of IC tester can automatically completes chip loading, testing and sorting the integrated circuit, Its intelligent, test speed and accuracy are good, has a higher price compared with the other integrated circuit tester. In order to save and access previous test reports, test software used ACCESS database technology, through the man-machine interface can be completed in the past test records requested. The software through the PCI bus completes sending to the control word and reading back test results. Test program with multi-threaded complete multi-site test tasks, the speed is fast.
