Zhejiang Security Information Management System Design And Implementation

With the social and economic development, with each corparation increase in demand for sentry services, employment has increased dramatically security industry. In order to better manage the sentry companies and better monitor and audit sentry teams, and to change the the status of low efficiency of traditional labor management and simple repetitions of workers, I have developed "Zhejiang Security Management Information System" through in-depth investigations to the sentry audit and sentry personnel management processes andtakeing full advantage of the latest technology of the current computer software and hardware.This system can help manage department to effectively master the basic situation of Zhejiang sentry services organizations and practitioners, and can establish information archives repository of organizations and practitioners, and can promote the province's health, sustainable development, and lay the foundation for networked national sentry industry information management system. At the same time, the system is from the reality of the Zhejiang Province's sentry industry , and is consistent with Ministry of Public Security information requirements, and also, have the characteristics of the Zhejiang Province's industry.This system takes management of the sentry industry as the core, and assists the public security authorities in combating crime, maintaining social stability and the whole administrative capacity of the sentry industry, and provides information services to labor departments and the community .This thesis achieves the design and construction of Zhejiang Sentry Management Information System according to the whole informationizing plan of Zhejiang sentry company and combined with the more popular visualization development tools and database technology at present; includes eligible employees management, sentry organizations management, dynamic employing information management, dynamic sentry organizations information management, comprehensive inquiry of the information sentry industry, reports and statistics of the information sentry industry,etc ,such as related functions, so can be easily query, get statistics and data analysis of sentry service management information, and can achieve the analysis to the whereabouts of employees.
