Basing on the practice of ERP system in FANGYUAN garment company , the author made a certain degree of research and appllication in setting ERP software in garment industry.It has been widely accepted and recognized that ERP can develop management innovation and improve competitiveness of enterprises and achieve the purpose of enterprise modernization. The successful implementation of ERP is the important way to achieve enterprise information.
