Collaborative Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Systems

With the rapid development of computer and network technology and popularization of the Internet applications, more and more small and medium enterprises are beginning to realize the significance of information technology. Office automation system provides an effective way for decision-making and business leaders to make decisions, and to achieve a modern office, information resource and network transmission. This becomes more important for enterprises to compete in markets.This requires an efficient, stable office automation system.To address these requirements, based on requirements of Guangzhou Shengxin Company, we analyze, design and realize the office automation system which uses the JSP, ASP.net, HTML technologies as well as SQL database and C/S network technologies.During the design, I have thoughtfully analyzed the designing platform and technologies.And then used the object-oriented Programming to realize it.The system contains many functions such as Administrative management, personnel management, document management, work management, e-mail function, bulletin board function, project management and system maintenance.The implementation of the system will promote our company to stride to the era of non-paper office. It not only realizes the share of files in all office and elevates work efficiency but also relieves the workers.At the same time, it saves a lot of expenditure which is unnecessary.The system has many merits such as module independence, good portability, simplicity, security and stability.
