| Faced with the challenge of the Internet age, local colleges and universities, by using of information technology, have created their own "digital campus" to advance information technology in higher education. To enable a university to become a true sense of the word "digital campus", it must depend on all levels of office automation in the school teaching, research and administration. The operation of office automation system enables the university staff in various departments to share information and work together efficiently. How to use information technology to improve the university's management level and working efficiency is an urgent problem to be solved.With the development of network and information technology, workflow technology has become the focus in today's information field and one of the core technologies of the office automation system. Based on the background of office automation system, according to the analysis of office procedure, the thesis analyzes the treatment types and business process types and adopt use case diagram based on the UML. By further studying and analyzing its basic theories and modeling techniques, combined with the entire graphic method based on Petri net theories, it presents a model of petri-net-based OA workflow. The system takes the Lotus Domino/Notes Groupware as the developing stage, use Browser/Server and take the advantage of computer technology, network technique and office management technology to transfer the office management on paper to electronization and networking.The implementation of this project lays the foundation of information system in Universities in the future. The proposed technical solution and implement measures provide a set of solution to OA for the university, provide security for the implement of modern management model, and build a modern information collaboration platform to promote knowledge management, information exchange and sharing and maximize the work efficiency. |
