System Structure And Its Management In The Internet Community And The Dissemination Of Knowledge

In recent years, due to high-speed development and more and more widely application, online community has become an extremely important source of information and knowledge for modern people. With more and more attention paid by people, the research on knowledge communication of online community can help us deeply understand the factors influencing online community knowledge communication and has a significant meaning for us to effectively manage online community and raise the efficiency of online community knowledge communication.This thesis first analyzes the relative concepts and summarizes the relative research theories of online community knowledge communication. Then based on the researches on online community of various disciplines, this thesis establishes the system framework of online community knowledge communication and divided the factors influencing knowledge communication of online community into three aspects: the characteristics and motivations of individuals, the behavioral mode of communication and environmental influence. Next, this thesis respectively researches on these three influencing factors as well as their correlation and then takes blog marketing and the establishment of SNS community as study cases for analysis. Finally in the system framework mentioned above, this thesis suggests the management measures of online community knowledge communication respectively from three dimensions: internal members of community, community itself and external environment of community, providing the reference and basis for the further empirical research.
