| With the popularity of internet,acquiring information depends more and more on networks which accelerates the internet applications and website constructions. However, website security problems become serious with the large-scale website constructions. According to the Report of National Computer Network Emergency Technical Response Center early in 2008, among those severe internet-attacking incidents, hacking and amending the contents of websites occupy 74%. Furthermore, security problems are quite obvious, and the attacks against the websites, especially website-tampering cases have already become the most serious.At present,the website safety measures of enterprises and government are restricted to the purchase of firewalls against the virus,but the illegal web tampering is to attack the system through the operating system vulnerabilities and management deficiencies and the original safety measures of government (such as firewalls, intrusion detection)are mainly concentrated in the network layers and without effective monitoring and protecting against the illegal web tampering.Through the research on the network topology of government and enterprises and the analysis of the latest hacking and typical tampering cases,a set of anti-tampering system of webpages and system configuration ,based on the adaption of the new digital certificate and secure transmission technology and compliance of internet-related protocol,is put forward.System workflow,the cost allocation of the digital certificates and monitoring are involved. Three parts in this paper: the importance of anti-tampering research;technical modules required in the anti-tampering system;description of how to implement the functions of the whole system,which mainly involve the file summary of the background information,prospects analysis, schematic studies,testing, feasibility discussions,parts of the system structure frame designs, digital watermarking modules research and implementation,as well as the designs of administrators'deployment procedures. |
