System uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database, using ASP.NET Web database middleware technology to develop Web page, and through the ADO.NET (ActiveX Data Object.NET) technology and OLEDB to connect and access the database. And it uses visual studio 2005 as the system design and processing logically debugging platform. System design, development, debugging and deployment share the same work environment and enhance the development of the system coherence and development efficiency.Based on the characteristics of digital art disciplines, and relying on modern computer technology and network communications platforms, this article designs and implements digital art design teaching information systems in an open environment, which has a certain innovation in digital art teaching practice, and has a corresponding theoretical value for digital art in the ultra-Media environment development research.
