| How to testing the control algorithm developed by researchers in a rapid and convenient way is a problem that researchers always confront with. Also, they hope the control algorithm developed by MATLAB/Simulink can be revised and repeated rapidly based on a real time platform, in order to gain a satisfied control scheme.dSPACE real-time system is a development and testing platform for control system based on MATLAB/Simulink developed by dSPACE corporation. dSPACE real-time system can link with MATLAB/Simulink perfectly. The hardware system has high speed calculation capability; the software environ- ment can easily realize the function of code generator/downloading and experiment /debugging.This paper established a liquid level cascade control systematic platform for THJ-3 advanced process control equipment device based on dSPACE real-time system,expanded the function of THJ-3 advanced process control equipment device. Furthermore, single neuron adaptive PID controller and internal model controller are applied into the liquid level control system.Firstly, the principal of rapid prototype control is introduced. dSPACE software, hardware and the method of developing control system based on dSPACE are illustrated in brief. The design of control systematic platform based on dSPACE includes two parts: control scheme design and hardware connection. Step response curve method is used to establish the mathematical model of liquid level and the block for the real-time control platform based on dSPACE is given in this article.Secondly, the article introduces the principles of PID control, single neuron adaptive PID control and internal model control, and then these three controllers are designed in view of the controlled object, in order to solve the liquid level problem such as time-delay and nonlinear.Finally, the control algorithm blocks are established and downloaded to dSP -ACE for testing the control algorithms. dSPACE real-time control systematic platform has the advantage of universality, researchers can easily develop control algorithm and test it in this platform, even correct it many times. |
