County Level And Gold Soil Engineering Database Management System Design And Realization

The construction of land and resources information is an important means to the promotion of information technology by leaps and bounds and to achieve the scientific management of land and resources. Our country will accomplish a group of basic information system and database which could help supporting land and resource management and social service, and build a web information system with Urban-rural integration and Secretary-level Internet exchange(country, province, city, county),and to form a national information exchange system for land and resources.The paper is accomplished with the projection of Golden Land Engineering construction in HuiZhou as its background. The purpose is to construct the land and resource management system with opening, sharing and spatial data updating and maintaining technology conveniently. Considering the actual need of counties and cities, the paper has finished the work as following three aspects:Firstly, the paper discussed the key technology of Golden Land Engineering construction for counties in two aspects. Such as the data model of Geodatabase in ArcGIS, the spatial data engine of ArcSDE, the technology of the object-relationship spatial database in research of spatial database. On the other hand, also discusses the methods of Object-Oriented design and analysis and technology of ComGIS in software development.Secondly, it has designed the spatial data of Golden Land Engineering construction for counties and built a database with making a unified division. It achieved the progress and approach of building the national land and resource database through the design and use by the data model of Geodatabase and the tool of CASE.Finally, in terms of the researching purpose, with the methods of Object-Oriented design and analysis and technology of ComGIS, the author has made a development take the projection of Golden Land Engineering construction in HuiZhou for example, achieved the progress of information construction from data acquisition, update and maintaining to data application and the goal which the paper has mentioned.
