History since the industrial revolution every change in the world cannot leave the innovation of science and technology, the power of science and technology always with infinite imaginary space to mankind, and a new round of technological change will again change the world, and scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad constantly, the semiconductor industry has penetrated into all areas of life is closely related to our each person’s life, the development of semiconductor industry brought the span and depth are more broad.The article mainly focused on the aspects of company operations and the company in the marketing aspects of the research and discussion.This article introduces the current situation of the development of the northeast branch of A company, department, set showed A collection of research and development, sales and service as one of the semiconductor trade company in the northeast market how to operations management. In northeast China and the marketing present situation and the existence question has carried on the detailed elaboration, has been clear about the status quo and marketing problem facing the development of the company, for the later for northeast China marketing problems of analysis, the solution is put forward to provide case basis. In this article to the semiconductor industry macro environment, industry development present situation, development trend of industry, industry existence question has carried on the related analysis, on this basis, to the northeast branch of A company marketing present situation has carried on the SWOT analysis, made clear the development of the northeast region is A company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, put forward to guide the direction for the design and implementation of marketing strategy. In this article to the northeast branch of A company marketing strategy planning are systematically described, mainly from two aspects of the development strategy and marketing management.
