In recent years, constantly expand the scale of financing of listed companies in our country, the proportion of financing improved significantly, while many large unlisted company ceos said their companies are actively preparing for material hard work, look forward to an early listing.Asset appraisal path as a public company, has experienced more than 20 years of development in our country. Assets evaluation has become a indispensable professional services in the economic development of our country, simultaneously is also the foundation of many economic activities, but is still faced with many problems, and the development of the listed company, under the new international market environment is still facing many challenges.This article first from two angles of listed companies and assets appraisal, this paper respectively analysis of both theory and related events, and then focuses on the listed company assets evaluation problems in practical application, in view of the problem put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
