In recent years, car sales market competition becomes more intense, the innovation is very necessary in car companies of sale and agent, but most improvement is not obvious, which is the relevant agents and dealers in a passive position. If a sales company wants to enhance profitability and market competitiveness, the most direct and effective way is to innovate marketing model.Firstly, start from the marketing model problem of CJ Car Sales Company, using literature research and theoretical analysis of the combined methods, the paper reviews the domestic and foreign marketing model a theoretical overview of research results, and analysis our current marketing model of automobile sales and service innovations comparatively. Using the PEST analysis, which is from two aspects of the automotive industry macro environment and car sales company industry, the paper analyzes the operating environment of CJ Car Sales Company, and then use SWOT analysis to expound the internal strengths and weaknesses, faced opportunities and threats. Based on surveys and data analysis of the CJ car sales and agent field, the paper categorizes the customer groups of the CJ Car Sales Company, and target the customer who buy the mid-range cars. Second, we upgrade mid-range cars service content, optimize service quality, drive the sales of other products to enhance the overall image of the company, and do some innovation on the marketing model of CJ Car Sales Company. On this basis, the paper focuses on the value proposition of the marketing model linkages between various sectors, elaborated car sales agency marketing model optimization, optimize marketing model through analysis of the effect, validate that the marketing model optimization has played a significant role to marketing development of CJ Car Sales Company.Through the study found according to their own characteristics in different directions marketing model improvement, the best way to avoid market risks is to increase profits obtained for a car sales company. The paper summarizes several directions of marketing model optimization, and provides some reference for future similar enterprises to innovate marketing model.
