SMEs are an important part of our national economy, facing the long-term financing difficulties dilemma, for this reason our country encourage commercial banks to expand financial services for SMEs, and with the reforming and opening up financial markets, China’s commercial banks fierce competition increasingly, in the market for large-scale state-owned enterprises traditional lending model challenges, requiring commercial banks to pay more attention to SMEs.In this paper, the theory of finance and SWOT analysis method, combined with the actual research on the status of the development of SME credit business, ZX bank conducted a comprehensive analysis and summarized the business development strategy and its credit problems, raised credit business development strategy and Optimal adjustment programs and the implementation of safeguards. This paper argues that, ZX banks should further clarify the target market, abundant credit business products, expand market influence and improve the professional quality of credit and optimize the credit business management,and to improve the organizational structure, strengthen collaboration among departments and reasonable allocation of funds to improve infrastructure. This article is important for ZX banks and commercial banks of China and to improve the efficiency of resource allocation, increase revenue, improve market competitiveness and performance of social services functions.
