An Investigation Report On Rice Price Composition In Zhaoyuan Farm

Zhaoyuan farm is an important producing area of high quality rice in Heilongjiang, the production of rice has good taste, excellent quality, but in the sales and does not reflect a good price advantage and brand premium. The added value of the river water irrigation and the soil organic matter content of the rice in Zhaoyuan are not reflected in the price system. So this paper studies the formation and composition of rice price in Zhaoyuan farm, and also to solve some problems and difficulties in the current rice price in Zhaoyuan. In the process of forming the price, the price is formed in the course of the transaction, which is mainly composed of two aspects. On the one hand, it is the value of the commodity, which includes the commodity cost and the profit of the enterprise. On the other hand, it is determined by the market. That is to say, the formation mechanism of rice prices in Zhaoyuan farm is fundamentally, it is a process of the Zhaoyuan farm rice enterprises to develop according to the cost, and eventually form a process in the market. In this paper, the formation mechanism and composition of rice in Zhaoyuan farm were studied in this paper.This paper uses the method of literature, questionnaire survey, field survey and other research methods to study the formation mechanism and composition of rice prices in Zhaoyuan farm, and also on the analysis of the cost structure, profit, added value of Zhaoyuan farm rice, and comprehensive consideration of the market for Zhaoyuan farm rice price acceptance, and ultimately the formation mechanism of its price formation process and structure. First of all, the relevant literature, summarized and analyzed the domestic and foreign scholars’ research results and perspectives. Secondly, based on the study of the formation mechanism and structure of rice price in Zhaoyuan farm, through questionnaire survey, field investigation and other research methods, this study analyzes the cost structure and the accounting, and finally calculates some additional values of the current price system. This paper mainly focuses on the main influencing factors in the formation of rice price in Zhaoyuan farm, and the unreasonable price formation system. Based on the systematic investigation, this paper analyzes the formation of rice price in Zhaoyuan farm. In the process of research, it is believed that the cost of planting rice, financial cost, management cost and other aspects of Zhaoyuan farm rice, according to the market price of rice in Zhaoyuan farm.Through the study, the Zhaoyuan farm rice itself contains a certain amount of water irrigation and soil organic matter added value, and its current pricing system in fact does not include these two parts. Taking into account the formation mechanism of rice prices in Zhaoyuan farm, the price is dominated by the cost, in which the price of the leading mechanism of the price, the Zhaoyuan farm rice itself is not high brand premium, quality premium capacity, not fully reflect the quality of Zhaoyuan farm rice. The reason why this problem occurs, to a large extent, is due to the soil organic matter content and the added value of the river water is not reflected in the price system caused by. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions, and for the actual situation of the farm in Zhaoyuan, put forward some relevant suggestions, in order to promote the development of the farm in Zhaoyuan to play a certain reference role. At the same time, this paper in Zhaoyuan farm in processing of rice production and some problems which exist in the development of tender source rice company put forward corresponding countermeasures that promote Zhaoyuan farm rice price system more perfect to a certain positive role.
