Our security industry started from 1999, has been gradually scale, to promote the social credit system, to support social and economic development, especially to ease financing difficulties of SMEs, etc., to play a positive role, but there are still low magnification, profit weak risk management mechanism imperfect. However, with the upgrading of industrial structure, financial investors market diversification, laws and policies related to the security industry has become more perfect, which are conducive to long-term development of China’s financing guarantee industry.Secured financing because of its relatively low threshold of technology and capital requirements, to a certain extent can be effectively completed the allocation of capital, but also hidden behind a huge risk, and only for effective guidance and standardized management, in order to maximize financial guarantee role, to better serve the economic development.In this paper, regulated industries in Yunnan secured financing for the study, revealing the current situation of the development of its secured financing regulated industries and faces, through the analysis concluded that the current financing guarantees Yunnan policing of regulatory legal system is imperfect, not regulatory organization system establish regulatory institutional system is not perfect, the regulatory methodology is not formed and regulatory risk early warning system is missing the question. Try on the reasons for these problems to propose solutions, primarily to develop the legal, institutional building, organizational structure, risk management aspects to this advice. With the further development of financial guarantee regulated industries in the country, we believe the future of the industry will have a more promising future.
