| Since the reform and opening up, Chinese economy has maintained high speed steadily and rapidly, at the same time the financial sector has also been developed rapidly. On the one hand, customers demand for more financial production for the reason of increasing income; on the other hand, the further opening of Chinese financial markets and more international institutions began to enter financial markets. Domestic financial groups must develop integrated service business to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition. A Insurance Company is the earliest established integrated financial groups in China. In the early of 21th century, A Insurance Company had operated integrated financial services business. By far, it has three main businesses such as insurance, banking and investment.There are a series of problems in the existing integrated financial services program such as lagging marketing system, decentralized management and limited supervision of department although integrated financial services businesses have brought rapid growth of profits for A insurance company. This paper focuses on building a developed integrated financial services program namely Internet Integrated Financial Services Program based on theory of integrated financial services.Internet Integrated Financial Services Program includes three parts. The first part is to establish the customers of this program who are the existing insurance customers of A insurance company. The second part is the main body of this program, it designed the projects and key business of banking, insurance and investment services. The third part points out the key points of this program, includes building cross-selling system, innovative production and service, and risk prevention. On the basis of Internet Integrated Financial Services Program, this paper also gives the safeguards such as continuous innovation, strengthening supervision and improving the network platform. |
