At present, there are many problems such as low quality, poor service capability, low credit degree and so on, which have become an important factor to restrict the development of enterprises. In this context, the auto 4S shop to analyze and recognize their own problems, through strengthening the management and upgrading services to enhance the competitive advantage, become an important issue.This paper takes the 4S shop of our country as the research object. The present situation and the crisis of the automobile 4S shop are analyzed deeply. This paper analyzes the reasons and influencing factors of the current management problems of 4S shop from the aspects of management idea, management mode, management mode, human management, marketing management, public relations management, maintenance and after-sales service management. According to the analysis results, combined with modern management theory, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management innovation capability, service quality and internal management of 4S store. In the theory of service management, the gap model of service supply is put forward, which is based on the theory of marketing management, and the management strategy of customer as the center is put forward.This paper analyzes the current situation and Countermeasures of the management of auto 4S shop in the macro level, and obtains the insufficiency of the automobile 4S shop in the management of the automobile 4S shop crisis. Based on cooperation, the service is the core, to establish the service consciousness, strengthen service management, improve service quality and set up standardized service process, establish their own quality brand, take the market positioning strategy, adopt diversified marketing tools, integrated marketing and meticulous marketing, strengthen personnel resource management. Finally, the paper takes the XX automobile 4S shop in C city as a case study, using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the status quo and Countermeasure of the automobile 4S shop management. For the enterprise to strengthen the service management, perfect relationship management, marketing means diversification, strengthen the team building, display corporate culture, enhance the brand strategy, the implementation of the strategy and measures to implement the price strategy.
