Y brand automobile 4S stores in Harbin as a typical enterprise in the present stage of automobile dealers enterprise type, enterprise management mode exists many problems. These problems hand reflect uneven, stage of automobile dealers enterprise of our country’s management ability and savage management of automotive OEMs and the Chinese government for the automotive related businesses lack of management etc.. Based on the above, the author chooses automobile 4S shop management pattern research. The purpose is to want to through the analysis of the status quo and problems of Y brand automobile 4S shop, find the 4S shop generality and common problem, and the use of human resources management, marketing management, operations management and other academic theory and the reality of the management of combining to find more optimal solutions corresponding and management mode. I hope to give the company in the actual operation of the 4S shop face to help. To get the advantage in the fierce competition in the market, increase the effectiveness of the reality of enterprise management, enhance service consciousness and quality of the enterprise long-term development on the other, to give the 4S shop dealers to reference.
