Nowadays, the central bank benchmark interest rates for deposits and loans of several times down, leading to bank loan interest rate floating interval and the rate to float downward to further expand, completely breaking the breakeven point of commercial banks, and further promote the mercerization of interest rate. On the one hand, the interest rate market has promoted the loan pricing of commercial banks in our country, and the interest rate market broke through the security point of commercial banks, and increased the operational risk of commercial banks in China. Because our country commercial bank’s main asset is interest bearing assets, loan interest income is still the main source of income, with the gradual deepening of interest rate mercerization, the frequent fluctuation of loan interest rates will be business income of commercial banks caused a significant impact, and the loan pricing policy of formulation is directly related to the bank’s profitability. Therefore, in the interest rate market situation, commercial banks need to strengthen the strategy of pricing interest rate response, so as to effectively avoid risks and seize the market opportunities, improve the market competitiveness of commercial banks and risk response ability.According to H Bank Kunming branch of the research object, through a comprehensive analysis of its inner and outer commercial banks, found that the risk of potential opportunities or existence and define the advantages and disadvantages of the bank’s own. The bank fixed deposit income, floating rate income and financial products yields comparative analysis, proof of loan floating interest rates bring earnings for the main part of bank income; interest rate mercerization is not completely opportunity instead of a threat. On the basis of the analysis of H Bank’s inner and outer environment, this paper learns from the successful operation of domestic and foreign bank case, selects H Bank loan interest rate pricing mode and strategy, and conducts a detailed analysis of various strategies, and puts forward measures for the implementation of the pricing strategy.
