| With the development of economy, a number of large enterprise groups in order to regulate we adopted, to reduce the financial cost of funds, often adopt the centralized fund management mode, it brings benefits to the enterprise, but also can increase the risk of some inevitable. Enterprise group’s internal capital allocation activities make its fund management institution has some characteristics of financial institutions, but far less regulation, so the funds management is significant to study the security warning.This article take the method of combining the theoretical research and empirical analysis, from the perspective of enterprise group funds centralized management of safety, security early warning model is constructed. In theoretical research, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the safety of capital and its related theory, summarizes the main business, the present situation of centralized fund management and the safety risk, and combined with case summing up experience, to explore. In terms of empirical analysis, draw lessons from the thinking of financial early warning model, selected the 10 related indicators, using principal component analysis and SPSS software for statistical data analysis, determine the weight of each index, gradually building enterprise group funds centralized management security early warning model, and applied to the practice of comprehensive evaluation of financial company capital is safe.The safety of the funds is very important for the survival and development of the enterprise, therefore enterprise group fund management institutions to strengthen regulation, especially for financial company class fund management institution, in the absence of government regulation, enterprise should strengthen control, more hope that this article enterprise group funds centralized management of the safety early warning model is established to guarantee fund safety, liquidity and profitability of the enterprise to provide important reference. |
