Customer Relationship Management(CRM) concept into China for many years. Change in business model from product centric to customer-centric business model, many enterprises have been regarded as an important customer of their own assets, in the buyer’s market in the market environment, more customers from the choice of product quality, technology, marketing channels, to service the homogenization. This makes the enterprises have to adopt a variety of ways to carry out customer care, to improve the enterprise customer satisfaction and loyalty. As the rapid development of the Internet era, the electricity supplier industry, now has entered the Red Sea stage, exacerbated the business competition between platforms, and because of the characteristics of Internet users by selectively connected by infinite zoom, the importance of customer relationship management has become increasingly prominent. In the electricity supplier, supplies industry as a special vertical field, because of its confidentiality, subject and other factors, makes the customer life cycle and customer relationship management mode based on the cycle form, is different from the other vertical electricity supplier industry. This paper analyzes the current situation and demand of Chunshuitang taste Goods Co., customer relationship management, and combining with the actual situation to find the existing problems and their causes, and finally puts forward solutions for the company, and analyzes the feasibility of the whole industry, taste play a role in enlightening.
