Research On Construction Of Audit Information System For Construction Project Tracking

In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of market economy, enterprises face the fierce market competition, in order to survival and development, the construction of the enterprise investment project more and more, the investment risk awareness is also growing. Construction project tracking audit as a result of professional and strong, large amount and the amount of data, management difficulty big wait for a characteristic, is the enterprise internal audit business control difficulty, in the era of Internet +, by combining information technology means, can decrease the tracking audit of construction project construction enterprise technology professional, and can improve the audit efficiency, reduce the audit cost and so on.In this paper, through research, on the basis of many domestic and foreign literature and theory, combined with my working experience, with B group audit function as the research object, using the audit practice of construction project, project management, information systems development, such as research methods, through carding the crucial stage of construction project tracking audit, analyze the needs of each stage of the information technology application, in the perspective of the demand side, building a construction project tracking audit information system.Through the analysis of B group construction project tracking audit work present situation, proposed to establish the demand of the information system, build a set of solutions, namely the system overall design, the system is divided into six modules, starting from the Angle of the functional requirements of various modules, designed the basic framework and the need to achieve the function of the standard. For audit project management center of the core modules, after reviewing the audit of the business process, through using intelligent audit papers, operation guidance, collaborative review, auxiliary tools such as text filtering, built a fast and efficient audit work platform. Finally, from the Angle of project management to organize the implementation of the audit system rationalization proposal is put forward.This system can be auditors engaged in the construction project tracking audit tool, to improve the audit efficiency, optimization of the audit process and so on have positive significance, broaden the thinking of the internal audit, also used for reference for future similar of information system development.
