Research On Tax Planning Of Small And Medium - Sized Enterprises

With a robust development of national economy, a growing number of small and medium-sized enterprises plays a more and more important and irreplaceable role in Chinese economic growth.In order to reduce the tax burden for the small and medium-sized enterprises, favourable policies, including corporate income tax, added-value tax and other types of tax of national economy, are released by State Administration of Taxation. However, the fact of the heavy tax burden exists widely due to several limitations, such as the quality of financial staff, the level of operation and management and funding collection, causing the execution of favourable policy in the surface because of the lacking of tax planning.So tax planning has become a very efficient choice for the small and medium-sized enterprises to reduce tax burden,to save the cost and to improve operating level.The article aims to research the tax planning for the small and medium-sized enterprises of China by serving their needs and solving their problems.The article is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the background, methodology and research significance. Then main definitions of tax planning for the small and medium-sized enterprises are explained in the second part by pointing out their current situation and the leading characteristics and methods of tax planning. The third part takes HZ enterprise as a case study to resarch its existing problems of tax planning by analyzing its basic situation, such as business operation, management and tax burden.In the fourth part, it sets the goal and scheme for HZ enterprise after the formulation of its purchase,production,sale,fixed assets and profit and loss, thus putting forward the matched solution of tax planning for it.The fifth part analyzes the significance of scheme of tax planning for HZ enterprise. By leading to big things through small ones, this part also aims to provide valuable reference for the national enterprises.Last but not the least,it concludes the research and states the expectation of this field.
