This paper focuses on the period of global economic integration, FL as a multinational company, mainly to study how to establish a business strategy as a guide to achieve the strategic goal of performance management system, and improving human resource management, enterprise specific human resource management in conjunction with matching abstract strategic objectives to achieve corporate strategic goals, enhance their competitive advantage, encourage enterprises to long-term, healthy development. Performance-based assessment, by (1) questionnaire, (2) system method, and (3) qualitative and quantitative analysis method, is divided into the following aspects of the problem exists to make a discourse analysis, financial perspective:FL company The strategy, policy, management plan success, ultimately the performance of the financial perspective of performance, therefore, the assessment of financial indicators is needed. Internal process perspective:the perspective of the financial and business aspects of customer have a clear understanding, the flow department can confirm that in order to achieve a unique customer values and those key performance indicators to achieve the financial goals of improving productivity, and select key performance indicators Expand business process control activities. Internal process perspective includes some drivers indicators, they enable the company to focus more on customer satisfaction, and through the development of new products and improve customer service to improve productivity, efficiency, and innovation of the product cycle.
