Research On The Construction Of Competitive Intelligence System Of Small And Medium - Sized Enterprises In Cloud Computing Environment

Cloud computing is a new model of network operation, has indisputably become one of the hotspot and trend in the development of computer science and technology. Cloud computing has four advantages of virtualization, sharing, flexibility and economy, which provides the possibility to realize the integrated dynamic management of competitive intelligence. For small and medium-sized enterprises, these characteristics can make up for the limitation of enterprise’s competitive intelligence.Firstly, to build a cloud computing environment of competition intelligence system do the detailed theoretical basis of combing, expounds the traditional competitive intelligence system concept, working flow and function, and the cloud computing concept, the characteristic, the service model, deployment,and disadvantages in analysis, and analysis the competitive intelligence system in the cloud computing environment changes. Secondly, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the small and medium sized enterprises, including sample situation, competitive intelligence, competitive intelligence system and service function demand. And concluded that the small and medium enterprises of the existing intelligence awareness is relatively weak, but the adoption of cloud computing services to hold a positive attitude, and cloud computing capabilities and services have a huge potential demand. Thirdly, the framework of the competitive intelligence system of small and medium enterprises is built, and the work flow and system structure are analyzed in detail. Finally, in order to give full play to the efficiency of staff and intelligence system, this paper constructs Competitive Intelligence System Security Mechanism cloud computing environments, including security, personnel training, coordination and sharing mechanism.
