RMB internationalization is quick developed, international cooperation about RMB has been intensified uninterruptedly. China’s reform and opening is being deepened continuously, more and more market demand will be stimulated by the · implement of The Belt and Road Initiative" and other country’s strategies.Currency exchange is an important way in achieving RMB internationalization. That RMB billing’s changing from border trade to international trade is an important way in achieving RMB internationalization and must bring billing convenience to economy of foreign trade.RMB internationalization can promote effectively global development of China’s business and finance, accelerate speed of global expansion and create more developing chances. RMB internationalization provides broad business prospects to domestic currency exchange companies, while currency exchange is also an important factor to promote RMB internationalization. Currency exchange company A is now the largest and the busiest one in this cycle of currency exchange in the world. Thus, it has remarkable practical significance and theoretic value for analyzing A’s business strategy and so on.The author aims to analyze all kinds of risks and challenges what A has to deal with as RMB internationalizing, strengthen management of talented people and improvement of company, expand currency exchange business, finish formulating company’s development strategy and supplement development of local economy advantageously. This article is divided into 5 chapters,1st chapter is introduction;2nd chapter is literature review; 3rd chapter is study about content and method; 4th is study conclusion and suggestion; 6th is conclusion.Aiming to economic environment where company A is, The author tries to use modern economic theory, empirical analysis, comparative analysis, quantitative analysis and other methods to analyze the development stage and economic status of currency exchange business, analyze specifically the influence of RMB internationalization towards company A and how to expand currency exchange business on the basis of absorbing study achievements of domestic and foreign academe, during analyzing problems, this article analyzes advantages, disadvantages, chances and threats of company A at present through analyzing method --- SWOT in management, then gets suggestion and conclusion, and these will provide important references to company A’s strategic development.
