At present, the commercial bank Asset-Backed Securitization is still a relatively new business in China. It begins in 2005, so far is still less than ten years(except 2009--2011). The development of China’s commercial bank Asset-Backed Securitization started late, the time it developed is very shot and lack the experience of ABS development. So, we should Learn the development risk prevention experience of the United States especially in 2008 when the financial crisis outbreak. With the influence of the financial crisis, China stopped the ABS from 2009 to 2011.Untill the 2012, restarted the ABS again. From 2012, the commercial bank Asset-Backed Securitization showing a blowout status not only the scale but also the types of foundation assets. However, there are also many problems in China’s Asset-Backed Securitization development. Therefore, how to effectively prevent commercial bank Asset-Backed Securitization risk to solve the problems encountered in the development process, related to the health of China’s financial market and even the entire national economy sustainable development.On the basis of our country commercial bank credit assets securitization development, the existing risk of our country commercial bank Asset-Backed Securitization are analyzed. Mainly with the China Merchants Bank issued in 2014, the second phase of the credit support securities cases, expounds the measures taken in response to the credit risks of Asset Securitization process of commercial banks in China. The asset securitization business development and risk prevention measures are also introduced. Finally, combined with the actual conditions of our country, put forward the policy suggestions on dealing with commercial bank Asset-Backed Securitization risk.
