Research On Genetic Algorithm Model Of Enterprise Technological Innovation Capability Based On CAS Theory

Facing with the enterprise ecological environment tagged by economic globalization and knowledge economy, the development of enterprise technological innovation ability can deeply effect the competitive position of enterprises and its level of productivity. What’s the process of enterprise technological innovation ability emergences, develops, works and evolves; what’s the key elements of the system of enterprise technological innovation ability; and how to evaluate the efficiency of the system, the solution to all this problems can greatly enhance the ability of enterprise technological innovation and the level of enterprise productivity. Based on this situation, the thesis researches on the constitution, working status and evolution of the enterprise technological innovation ability system, which based on the prospective of CAS theory and the theory of technological innovation. We treat the enterprise technological innovation ability system as a complex adaptive system, and build the conceptive model of enterprise technological innovation ability system based on the core of technological innovation process and routine. We also figure out the elements and working mechanism of the system, and simulate the genetic algorithm model of enterprise technological innovation ability system by using Matlab. The research result shows that on account of ’the aggregation’ and ’non-liner’ effect of some adaptive subjects, the enterprise technological innovation ability system gradually forms its’internal model’, which may changes its structure and working mechanism by the guidance of technological innovation process and routine to adapt the changing environment. The research also finds out that the genetic algorithm model of the system can preferably simulate the evolve process of the enterprise technological innovation ability system. Finally, this thesis can assists the enterprise better understanding its technological innovation activities, which leads to a better competitive position of enterprises and its level of productivity.
