with the wide application of new technologies, such as Big data mobile Internet, cloud computing and so on, they are strengthening the supervision function of network media. And the information disclosure system for listed companies provides decision-making reference for the investors, at the same time, also met the challenge of the rise of Internet media, how to comply with changes to information asymmetry distribution state caused by network media for listed company, which is particularly necessary to improve their quality of information disclosure. Research literature, however, are mainly concentrated in the field of traditional media and ignores the rise of the network media, therefore this article attempts from the perspective of network media to discuss how the different subjective color content of media attention and the media attention to have influence on the quality of information disclosure of listed companies.This article introduces the research background and research significance in the introduction part, and reviews and combs the related domestic and foreign research literature about the media management and information disclosure quality, which lays a foundation for expansion of the article; the second part is theoretical analysis in this paper, it tries to define the concept of network media and information disclosure quality by exploring the connotation of the word on the basis of theoretical analysis, and from four perspective of information asymmetry, the reputation mechanism, administrative intervention and Market pressure mechanism, it analysis synthetically how the media attention have the effect on the quality of the information disclosure; then puts forward four research hypothesis of this paper based on the theoretical analysis, according to which carries out the empirical part of the research; The fourth part carries out empirical research according to the research hypothesis, it verifies whether the network media pay attention to the quality of information disclosure, how the negative media attention and the non-negative network media attention have impact on the quality of information disclosure of listed companies; in the end, it will put forward this article conclusion through the analysis of the empirical results, with the research limitations and prospects.The study found that the network media attention can produce governance role on the information disclosure quality of the listed company, and both negative network media attention and non-negative network media attention can product en effect on the information disclosure quality of listed company, compared to the non-negative network media attention, negative network media attention plays more evident effect on the improvement of the information disclosure quality.The innovation point of this paper is that we regard the network media as the research object of this article. Previous studies are mostly based on the newspaper media, with the voice of network media growing today, it has a stronger practical significance to study that the network media have an impact on the quality of information disclosure of listed companies. This study introduced variate of the network media attention. At the same time, it enriches the existing related theory research of information disclosure quality, which has important theoretical significance.
