The development of the world economy has proved incontrovertibly that technological innovation, which is the source of human wealth, is the motive force of the development of economy. Although it has different orientation and forms, the technological innovation has pushed forward economy development in different stages. With the coming of the knowledge-based economy era, the proportion of Knowledge Intensive Industrial becomes higher and higher in industrial structure. So the knowledge, which contributes more and more to economy development, has become the key factor to economy development. In a word, science and technology are still the first productive force.Rapid development of economy brings limitless commercial opportunity to the enterprises, but the free market can also take huge competitive pressure to them. In order to struggle for existence and development in the fierce competitive market, being basic economic bodies of the society, enterprises have to research and develop new varieties of products and techniques, so that they can reduce production costs as well as improving the quality of products. And technological innovation plays important roles in the promotion of the technique improvement, raising the economic benefit and the expansion of the enterprises scale. But the influence of technological innovation to the enterprises is achieved through its technological innovation pervasion (TIP). So it is very important both in theory and practice to research the law of the TIP and the roles it plays to the social development.At first, the author defined and analyzed the concepts of TIP, and probed into its process patterns and problems of the motive power. Then, the author inquired into the scientific method on how enterprises to choose the technological innovation projects. And also, the author analyzed the mechanism of new technique importing to the different enterprises. In the end of the thesis, the author established the patterns of technology pervasion under the competition of the market, and analyzed the situation of it. This thesis will involve the following contents:(1). According to the system of indicators and evaluations of choosing the technological innovation projects, this thesis applied the Triangle Fuzzy Mathematics to fix on its corresponding Index of Weight Vector to establish the Judgment Matrix to synthetically test the candidate projects of technological innovation, so that the best innovation project will be chosen to be developed. This method has been proved by the Tourism Industrial Development Project in Chongqing.(2). This paper applied a dynamic Game Theory to establish a Game Model whose aim is to build an importing mechanism in two enterprises under the situation of incomplete information. After analyzing the relationship among the parameters of the models, this thesis made a conclusion of the alternative strategy of different enterprises. (3). On the base of the Lstka-verhulst model, this thesis has established a competition and pervasion pattern in which two products can substitute each other.Owing to the difficulty in collecting authentic data in competitive market, this paper only applied Calculus of Equations from theory to analyze the Stability, Unstable Point, Stable Point, Saddle Point and Vector Field to analyze this pattern.
