With the economic globalization and international trade development, the environment problem in international trade has attracted a great deal of attention arround the world and it has become one of focuses in the international economicand political society.Many experts and international organizations have researched into some aspect of the trade and environment issue and reached certain conclusions. As this issue is relatively new, it needs further study before we reached definite conclusions. In recent years, there arise more and more environment_related trade disputes in international society, which not only impede trade development but also do no good to envirmental protection.In this sense, to harmonize the relationship between trade and environment has become an urgent task of the international society. China is the fastest country of the past few ytars trade and economic growth velocity , Yet thanks to overlooks the substainable development , Result in the cost that precious natural resources and the environment quality becomes speed of development , and environmental protection wave also come into being the very great effect to our country foreign trade .Therefore, harmonizing the relatiohship between trade development and environmental protection is an urgent task of Chinese governmentOn the basis of former research, employing the method of theoretical and empirical analysis, the author further analyzes the relationship between trade and environment and holds that trade impacts environment mostly by scale effect, structure effect and technology effect but the environment passes the effect comparative advantage but finally effect trade composition.
