| In this article, from the general theories of the financial risks and financial management, the author classified the definition of the bank financial risks, pointed out the bank financial risk's prevention and control system, further discussed and verified the category, reason and dissolution of the commercial bank's risks, and their warning models. On this foundation, from Yanbian Finance's history, system structure, operation trends and their characteristics, the author discussed about the Yanbian finance's series problems, Yanbian Finance risk cases etc, this provided objectives to the prevention and resolving tactics suggestion to the Yanbian finance's risks. In the tactics suggestion part, at the same time of proposing the construction of Yanbian financial safety area's aim and contents, the author discussed the specific measurement indexes of Yanbian financial safety area. At last, the author proposed 11 pieces of feasible policy suggestions to prevent and resolve the Yanbian's financial risks. |
