Pay Administration is always one of the core links for the staff administration, which plays an important, irreplaceable role in the field of enterprise human resources management.The rapid development in Inner Mongolian Civil Aviation Airport Group Corporation requires that we should bring forth new ideas in Pay Administration System to attract, keep and encourage men of talent so that we can improve the staff's entire accomplishment and arouse their enthusiasm. Pay Administration will definitely be an inevitable choice in order to accomplish the enterprise-staff mutual development, further to enhance the enterprise core competitive capacity. In my essay, I will sum up our group's former advantages and disadvantages in Pay Administration system and design a proper Pay Administration pattern for our group's development strategy by making use of modern Pay Administration theory based on a bran-new Pay Administration thought.My essay is made up of four parts. In part one, I will briefly expound the Pay Administration theory and analyze the connotation, function, policy and process of Pay Administration in detail and study the relationship and influence factors between Pay Administration and other management functions. This part sets up the theoretical basis of Pay Administration system in Inner Mongolian Civil Aviation Airport Group Corporation.In part two, I will briefly introduce the development trend of modern Pay Administration system and lay special emphasis on the overall Pay Administration strategy, its principle and move.In part three, I will introduce the current situation of Pay Administration system in Inner Mongolian Civil Aviation Airport Group Corporation in detail and analyze the existing problems.Based on the study above, combined with the development strategy of Inner Mongolian Civil Aviation Airport Group Corporation as well as the current human resources situation, in part four, I will design an over-all Pay Administration pattern which well matches our group's development strategy.
