Option Pricing Theory In Applied Research, Venture Capital

Ever since Venture Capital's emerging in American in 20 century, It prompts America economy not only to enter a high-speed development period but also to obtain the indisputable dominancy in the high-tech field. During the half century of Venture Capital's emerging, it is called as the locomotive of economy increase by its significant achievement in innovating high-tech industry, accordingly attracts the widely intention and makes the researching of venture capital became very popular problem recently.As we all know, Venture Capital always displays the high-Venture, but Venture is not Venture Capital's essential attribute, nor is Venture Capital's own attributes, so how to build and perfect our country's Venture Capital enterprise and how to avoid Venture and add profitability is this paper's intent. In This paper writer mainly applies the Option Pricing Theory ideas creatively to decision making of Venture Capital and looks forward to contribute to the study of Venture Capital's theory.This Paper first introduces the present condition and the Venture Capital's present study condition by the main studier in various countries and point out the paper's main study work in the part one; part two mainly presents the basic concept of Venture Capital, Capital Operation and the tradition employed methods of decision making, then analysis these methods to find it's advantages and disadvantages; part three mainlyintroduces this paper's study tool------the Option Pricing Theories(OPT).Part four is thepaper's kernel, in this part, writer applies the ideas creatively to decision making of Venture Capital, finance decision making and value evaluation of venture enterprises, and get the models of them individually, explores a new eyesight of methods of Venture Capital concerned, enriches and develops OPT and it's application fields. Part five mainly analysis our country's present condition of Venture Capital enterprises, and discussing the factors which limit Venture Capital in our country ,then put forward my own notion of these problems and some corresponding solutions .
