Enterprise logistics facility system plays an important role in supply chain management. It is the logistics pipeline which is a prerequisite to make enterprise's logistics tactics. So the Logistics facility system planning is very important. We must consider qualitative and quantitative factors in the planning process. Only in this way can the issues be handled well. The total cost principle is the most important to logistics facility system planning, which pursues overall optimization not partial optimization. And the trade-off relationship is common among independent cost units. To achieve overall optimization, the multiple objectives planning approach is used in this paper. In this paper, trade-off relationships in logistics system are analyzed completely. And then we draw out those quantitative factors which affect the planning. After that, a multi-objective optimizing model is constructed and various noninferior solutions are generated by the model. Thereafter, we use the multiple criteria evaluation to deal with qualitative factors, and then choose the best scheme in those noninferior solutions. The dealing process of this method is amplified by an instance.
